In this review, an investigation on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of commercial pure titanium processed by Equal Channel Angular Pressing (ECAP) is presented. For the first time, the influences of ECAP processing conditions on the microstructural and mechanical characteristics of titanium are analyzed. Moreover, the variations of the mechanical properties of ECAPed titanium as functions of the grain size are reported for the different conditions of ECAP processing.
