In 2012, a group of scientists from Spain experimentally demonstrated that a CNT mass sensor with a single-proton resolution can be developed. In 2017, I theoretically detected the mass sensitivity and resolution of the same CNT. Moreover, the mass sensitivity and resolution for different CNTs with sizes ranging from 40 nm to 200 nm length and 1.68 nm to 8 nm diameter are reported.
